This concept proposes a coordinated assessment of those barriers, followed by an actionable investment-readiness strategy for the County of Two Hills.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What the proposed project would deliver<\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Engagement with producers, processors, logistics providers and other local stakeholders.<\/li><li>Identification of gaps in processing, transportation, storage, labour and market access.<\/li><li>Evidence-based opportunities for value-added agriculture and agri-food investment.<\/li><li>A prioritized action plan to support partnerships, funding applications and investment attraction.<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Illustrative project budget<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>$220,000 proposed project budget.<\/strong> The proposal examines potential funding pathways, including NRED and PrairiesCan.
